Our Vegan and Vegetarian Cooking Classes in Sorrento, Italy
Each course includes a theory part, with the explanation of the recipes, a practical part, and finally the tasting of the prepared dishes. Participants will be provided with all the necessary tools (apron, hat, etc.) and will receive the recipes done during the course. Courses are held from Monday to Saturday, twice a day: in the morning from 10 am to 1 pm; in the afternoon from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Each cooking course lasts approximately from 2 to 4 hours depending on the option chosen. The menus include local wine, water and limoncello tasting. All ingredients are organic or local within 0 mileage. Number of participants: minimum 2 people, maximum 14 people.
